Their staff leave the firm and you will end up communicating with a phantom for months. Ann NEVER takes the time to even communicate with you. It takes her an average of 2 months to respond to a bloody email! I have been flabbergasted at their lack of professionalism. They made such basic mistakes on... my application which was the reason my petition was denied. I later found out from online resources that these mistakes were really fundamental.

I would never recommend this firm for Green Card Processing. They are irresponsive, irrresponsible, they do mistakes filling your forms..You would end up with follow ups and no updates! A feeling of getting stuck even after spending so much money. I wish I would haved reviews before getting stuck wit...h them forever. Please be courteous to you customers when you make mistakes and vanish customers trust.
