Although I have only taken telephonic consultations with Ms. Badmus, I say that she is a very competent and responsive. I was in distress twice during my Green Card journey. Once, when I had to justify my spouse and children lawful stay in the states and my regular attorney was not very comfortable r...eplying to the RFE. Ms. Badmus drafted an appropriate response and my lawyer was open enough to incorporate Ann Badmus's draft, in the response. The second time I was in doubt if I need to apply for the J supplement (AC 21) and could not find an appropriate answer anywhere, my own attorney being unaware of this, since mine was a self petition EB1A. The answer was clearly found only on Ann Badmus web site. Someone who is so through and good has to be an exceptionally talented and qualified individual. She is highly recommended for all immigration needs and I can say with confidence that your expectations would be met to perfection.
