worthless, save your money fill the forms yourself

I have wasted $3800 on retaining Mr. Oblad, I was told it would take 2-8 months for my wife to get approved. This was a total lie, its been 9 months and I am being told by Mr. Oblad's office and USCIS it will be another 4 months for a total of 13 months. I could of done the paperwork myself and been ...in the same position with $3800 in my pocket. THIS GUY IS A JOKE, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

*UPDATE: I have been trying to reach you for several months now in order to complete your wife's case. On the off chance you see this I am hoping you'll contact me. Her waiver was approved, so congratulations!* I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your process and would be happy to help find you another attorney if you prefer. I feel like I was honest up front when I told you that cases have an approximate processing time and even our contract notes that the government often fails to meet their published expected timelines. You should remember that you started your case on your own without consulting an attorney. Had you not done so, you could have reduced the amount of time you are separated from your wife to just a few days with the provisional waiver. Best of luck

He is fine and helpful but like any lawyer would want to milk you financially.

Tyson was helpful to me and his advice was helpful. My only issue with him was after USCIS asked me to send a document I submitted it to The Law office and they asked me to pay 500 USD to mail it . Which I could mail myself for 5 dollars.

This is simply not true. The $500 I was asking for (which you still have not paid) was for the work I did for you to get you a green card (which I did) as agreed upon previous to engaging my services. I am happy you got your permanent residence especially with a case as complicated as yours.

Cheapest available & very quick, upfront, honest through entire process

I first popped in for consulting and decided to hire him as my solicitor to help me settle first with my residency. I was stressed cause I was moving house, starting University, & getting married to a chuft Texan and had a lot going on. When I started my resident papers it took about 6 months and... they made it such an easy, straightforward process I really appreciated him advocating for me from beginning to end. The fees were very affordable. I looked into and visited several other firms and they were much more expensive. I don't fill out reviews to be honest but had to as this was aces & I'm quite positive he is the best in Texas.
