My 14 year old client was brought to the U.S. from Mexico illegally as an infant, but qualified for a green card under INA 245(i) due to her resident father's petition for her in 2001. There were a few ... significant complications in her case. I prepared her paperwork and represented her at her interview with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
