*UPDATE: I have been trying to reach you for several months now in order to complete your wife's case. On the off chance you see this I am hoping you'll contact me. Her waiver was approved, so congratulations!* I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your process and would be happy to help find you another attorney if you prefer. I feel like I was honest up front when I told you that cases have an approximate processing time and even our contract notes that the government often fails to meet their published expected timelines.
