Margaret Donnelly stole my money, plain and simple. I went through the entire application process and she sent it to USCIS. For 2 years I was praying for my application to be accepted. One day I received a package in the mail from USCIS. I was so excited to open it, only to find out that this poor ex...cuse of a lawyer didn't actually send my application for 2 years and it was denied for being incomplete. She ignored all my calls, voicemails, and refused to see me when I went in-person. Please stay away from her. $20k and 2 years of waiting was for nothing. She's truly a terrible human being taking advantage of vulnerable people. --- Complete mis documentos con Margaret Donelly y despues ella los mando a la oficina de immigracion. Por años, oré para que mi solicitud fuera aceptada. Un día recibí un paquete por correo y mire que era de USCIS. Estaba tan emocionado de abrirlo, solo para descubrir que esta pobre excusa de abogada en realidad no habia enviado mi papeleo por 2 años. El paquete era una notificacion que fui negado por mandar la aplicacion incompleta. Ignoró todas mis llamadas y mensajes de voz y se negó a verme cuando fui en persona. $20,000 y 2 años de espera a la basura.

Yo entre con visa de turista y fui con ella por que traía mi título de programadora de computadoras. Le pagué $3500 y después de meses solo me dijo que lo sentía pero ella puso los documentos en el correo el último día que yo tenía permiso con mi visa y así que aunque cumplía con todos los requisitos... para el cambio de estatus no podía por que ya no tenía estatus de turista. Aparte de eso no me quiso dar copia de mis documentos para ir con otro abogado, decía que si los quería le tenía que pagar $3500 más como que hubiera ganado el caso. Yo apenas iva llegando al país, no tenía dinero y pasaron años para que fuera con otro abogado y me dijera que solo la amenazara con acusarla con la Barra de Abogados por que eso era ilegal y en ese momento me dio copia de todo. Pero ya había pasado mucho tiempo y me quedé indocumentada con un título universitario en una gaveta. AGASEN UN FAVOR Y NO VAYAN CON ELLA. ES DE LO PEOR.

I have referred several people to Margaret Donnelly's firm. They work as a team on each case. I know of several cases that have been to other attorneys for help with immigration that were told they could not help, or had tried, but failed to get approval.  Margaret Donnelly, PC successfully got their... papers. She only does immigration, and has something like 40 years experience

I hired this lawyer to work on my case, I was here illegally and I filed my petition through my U.S. born father. Every time I asked for updates, employees from this office would tell me there was nothing we could do but wait, so we waited. After my father passed, they told me my petition was dead an...d I had no other options. Now years later, I come to find out my petition was approved back in 2004. And even though I wasn't able obtain residency through my father the initial paperwork will be of use when I petition through my daughter. Margaret Donnelly's office did not inform me of this even after I repeatedly asked if there could be any other options for me in the future. This was negligence at its' finest and this attorney doesn't care for her client's well-being, she just wants as much money as she can get. Beware.
