Margaret Donnelly stole my money, plain and simple. I went through the entire application process and she sent it to USCIS. For 2 years I was praying for my application to be accepted. One day I received a package in the mail from USCIS. I was so excited to open it, only to find out that this poor ex...cuse of a lawyer didn't actually send my application for 2 years and it was denied for being incomplete. She ignored all my calls, voicemails, and refused to see me when I went in-person. Please stay away from her. $20k and 2 years of waiting was for nothing. Por años, oré para que mi solicitud fuera aceptada. Un día recibí un paquete por correo y mire que era de USCIS. Estaba tan emocionado de abrirlo, solo para descubrir que esta pobre excusa de abogada en realidad no habia enviado mi papeleo por 2 años. El paquete era una notificacion que fui negado por mandar la aplicacion incompleta. Ignoró todas mis llamadas y mensajes de voz y se negó a verme cuando fui en persona. $20,000 y 2 años de espera a la basura.

I was told my husband could get his residence since he was in mexico when we went to Juarez they gave him a 10 year bar I called them and they told me not to worry they were going to send a waiver so I thought they had for almost 6 months they told me just to wait for an answer but when I decided to ...go to their office I found out they didn't send the waiver and that he wasn't approved for one so for 6 months they had me thinking everything was going to be fine. When I was talking to one of the lawyers she didn't even let me talk I wanted to explain to her what others told me in their office but she kept telling me theirs no way he could get a waiver. She just didn't even let me talk. So now I'm waiting for a refund they just made me waste my money.

From this beginning of this consultation everything went wrong!!!I The young men who met with me stated he could not give me his name so there I set with someone who I did not know who he was or what he did. The consultation was no sense he did not know what he was talking about nor was able to answ...er my questions or concerns. Very unprofessional. !!!!!!
