Margaret Donnelly stole my money, plain and simple. I went through the entire application process and she sent it to USCIS. For 2 years I was praying for my application to be accepted. One day I received a package in the mail from USCIS. I was so excited to open it, only to find out that this poor ex...cuse of a lawyer didn't actually send my application for 2 years and it was denied for being incomplete. She ignored all my calls, voicemails, and refused to see me when I went in-person. Please stay away from her. $20k and 2 years of waiting was for nothing. Estaba tan emocionado de abrirlo, solo para descubrir que esta pobre excusa de abogada en realidad no habia enviado mi papeleo por 2 años. El paquete era una notificacion que fui negado por mandar la aplicacion incompleta. Ignoró todas mis llamadas y mensajes de voz y se negó a verme cuando fui en persona. $20,000 y 2 años de espera a la basura.

I hired this lawyer to work on my case, I was here illegally and I filed my petition through my U.S. born father. Every time I asked for updates, employees from this office would tell me there was nothing we could do but wait, so we waited. After my father passed, they told me my petition was dead an...d I had no other options. Now years later, I come to find out my petition was approved back in 2004. And even though I wasn't able obtain residency through my father the initial paperwork will be of use when I petition through my daughter. Margaret Donnelly's office did not inform me of this even after I repeatedly asked if there could be any other options for me in the future. This was negligence at its' finest and this attorney doesn't care for her client's well-being, she just wants as much money as she can get. Beware.
