personal injury case

Raul is a godsend. He is so friendly and down to earth - not like what you would expect from a lawyer. He is a total pro, has taken care of all of the paperwork, talked to the other attorney on my behalf, eased my mind, explained things in plain English, and has become a trusted confidante. I highly ...recommend him!

Raul Loya Is the attorney for me!

When I got my first DUI I was incredibly scared and didn't know where to start. I got a referral from a friend to have a free consultation with Mr. Loya, so I went to his office to check him out. He was very helpful and informative. I now knew what steps I needed to take and he was going to be the at...torney by my side through this stressful situation. He did a great job with my case. He reduced my probation to 6 months instead of a year. I only got 24 hours of community service. He helped me with payments and everything went smoothly. Overall I'm happy with his work and I recommend him.

Great lawyer!!!!!

This attorney saved my life!!! Not only that, I will be home with my son this evening. Not worried about a thing. I didn't have the money and he was willing to work with me. He is now the family attorney. Highly recommend him.

Loya neglected my case, made mistakes, and misled me.

Loya acted nice until I paid him a retainer. Then he stopped responding to my phone email messages, phone calls, and fax messages. I had to travel 75 miles each way in hope of finding him in his office, to remind him of looming deadlines for simple actions in my case. Loya missed a deadline and made ...mistakes. He misled me orally and in writing about his actions. Instead of working on my case, Loya kept promissing me easy victory in future trial, years down the line. When Loya did some work on my case, I found his work to be shoddy. I found another lawyer, skilled and honest. he is representing me very well. I sued Loya in court for my retainer. In a jury trial in June 2012, Loya brought in another lawyer to represent him. I, who am a chemist, represented myself. Loya lost, and I won. The jury decoded, and the judge ordered, that Loya must return the entire retainer to me, and pay court costs. Since then, Loya has been ignoring the court order to pay me. My current lawyer advised me, and I took legal steps to make Loya obey the court order. He repeatedly promised to pay, orally and in writing. He has not paid yet.

Regretted my choice

He was often unresponsive & I regretted trusting him with my case. I did not feel like I was very well represented. In the end, I was dealing with a rigged jury & a judge that sold out to the control of the large unethical company. He was the “David” against a “Golith” and for that he was fair. I do ...not like the direction he presented my case, the results of the case & I do not feel that I recovered the damages I could have if I had a stronger attorney that was actually willing to defend me.
