First time I talked to Mr.Chavez was about eight years ago, I explained my situation to him and he explained very honestly that I had no way to fix my status at the time and had to wait until my daughter turned 21. Two years ago I went back to him and he started my application process. It was suppose...d to be a straight forward case taking about six to eight months but because of an error in USCIS' record keeping going back over thirty years ago my case took a difficult turn but Mr.Chavez and his staff continued working on my case and finally it was approved . We do not have words to express our gratitude for all the hard work that was done to over turn my husbands immigration case.
