After my husband and I got married, we were very skeptical about the I-130 petition process. My husband is Italian and is working on a rotation job in the Middle East. The process seemed very ...tedious, time-consuming and complicated. However, after we met with Mr.Chavez, he walked us through the process and made it very simple. Mr. Chavez and Mrs. Boe advised us what documents to collect and assisted us in filling out the I-130 forms in the fall of 2016. Within a few weeks, the application was filled with the USCIS. They promptly answered all our questions (even on weekends!), and went beyond and above to give us all the information needed. By winter of 2017, the I-130 petition was approved and my husband received his green card. We are a very happy couple and will be forever thankful for their advice and guidance through the immigration process.
