Lindsey Anne Watson

I specialize in civil litigation with an emphasis in employment law.  My relentless attention to detail and vigorous prosecution of my cases produces outstanding results for my clients.  I currently handle cases involving employment law, consumer litigation and personal injury cases.  I represent individual plaintiffs who have sustained economic or physical damages due to the wrongful conduct of others.  My background in psychology gives me a unique ability to maximize my client's mental anguish damages, which is the toughest element of damages to prove.  I have successfully resolved hundreds of cases for my clients and have tried over a dozen cases to verdict. 

I began my career as a criminal prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office where I handled serious felony cases.  Subsequently, I moved to Dallas with my husband and joined the Law Office of Rob Wiley as a trial attorney.  In December of 2010, I joined the Law Office of Julie Johnson, PLLC.   I have developed a passion for employment law and set my roots in Texas.  I am very active in the Texas and Dallas Fort Worth Employment Lawyers Associations as well as the National Employment Lawyers Association.  I specialize in retaliation cases, severance disputes, racial discrimination, gender discrimination, disability discrimination and Family Medical Leave Act violations.  I have extensive experience in working with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Texas Workforce Commission in resolving employee disputes.
