Joshua Michael Webber

Josh Webber is hands down, far above any other attorney I have ever experienced. The man is ON POINT. He knows his stuff, his operation runs well, and if you do what he tells you to do, you WILL get the best outcome you can get. This man has gone above and beyond to look out for me and strategize the... court defense and I will never forget how well I was treated and know he did his best to defend me. This man knows how these courts work, he knows how his opposition handles things, he clearly advises you on how to best manage your case, and in a few weeks I will get to see what I really hired him for. He has a reputation of truly enjoying jamming up cops on the stand and using the established case law to hold them to account for your rights and freedom.

Watched the judge make a fool of Webber. I don't know if the judge felt sorry for me or for Webber but thank God the judge had a heart and offered me six months over three years. The judge was furious that I had ran for four years and Webber didn't feel it was important to let her know that I never l...eft my house, that I violated probation right when COVID hit, I had two sons get married the same year so I had two weddings to pay for, paid all of my fines during this time and then the announcement of my first grandchild to be born so there's was another nine months and a month before I was arrested I met with Webber at his office to talk about starting the process of getting it all taken care of and he didn't think it was important that the judge was made aware that the reason it had been so long was so I could be apart of my son's weddings. I asked him on more than one occasion to please let the judge know why it had been so long but he would not do it. Total waist of money.

Joshua Webber got my 1st degree aggravated robbery dropped to a misdemeanor assault. I was facing 25 to life 25 being the minimum. I have been to prison twice already so things were not looking good but Josh was able to get me time served with my back time of 3 months. This was all done in about a 5... month period total. He also got me a bond reduction from 100k to 50k. Thanks again!!!
