Watched the judge make a fool of Webber. I don't know if the judge felt sorry for me or for Webber but thank God the judge had a heart and offered me six months over three years. The judge was furious that I had ran for four years and Webber didn't feel it was important to let her know that I never l...eft my house, that I violated probation right when COVID hit, I had two sons get married the same year so I had two weddings to pay for, paid all of my fines during this time and then the announcement of my first grandchild to be born so there's was another nine months and a month before I was arrested I met with Webber at his office to talk about starting the process of getting it all taken care of and he didn't think it was important that the judge was made aware that the reason it had been so long was so I could be apart of my son's weddings. I asked him on more than one occasion to please let the judge know why it had been so long but he would not do it. Total waist of money.

He knows the law, he knows how to use the law but his ethical conduct and communication skills are extremely poor. I was completely flawed when this man attacked me verbally when his plan was not working. I will not reccoment Webber to anyone who requires assistance with any legle matter. It's going ...to cost you a lot of money and emotionale stress. Something no one needs extra when you are caught up in this system. Be warned.

I would not recommend Joshua Webber to anyone. My Husband and I paid Mr. Webber over $25K to represent him in his criminal cases and Mr. Webber did not deliver on any of his promises. My husband was facing a 5 year sentence in 2010 and still ended up with the same 5 years just prolonged. Mr. Webber i...n turn sent me a text where he defamed my character and cursed me out over the phone all because I requested documentation of receipts on behalf of my husband that he never received before he was incarcerated. He is a real smooth and fast talker so if you are using or have been referred proceed with caution.

I had a clear cut illegal search & seizure case. 1st offense. He agreed with no question it would be dropped. Every court date I was left sitting for hours waiting on him to show up, few times he NEVER showed, I had to remind him EVERY time what my case was abt. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. This went on for o...ver a year, his promises of beating it were all lies. He never did anything for me.
