Joshua Michael Webber

I was falsely arrested on an aggregated assault with a deadly weapon charge. I needed an attorney to represent me and Joshua Webber was highly recommended by the president of the Mesquite NAACP. After explaining my ordeal with Mr. Webber he promised he would fight to get this case dismissed agains...t me. I am elated to say that Mr. Webber was true to his word. Within only 3 months he had my case dismissed. I am so thankful for this awesome attorney. I would recommend him to anyone who has a criminal case in the county of Dallas.

Watched the judge make a fool of Webber. I don't know if the judge felt sorry for me or for Webber but thank God the judge had a heart and offered me six months over three years. The judge was furious that I had ran for four years and Webber didn't feel it was important to let her know that I never l...eft my house, that I violated probation right when COVID hit, I had two sons get married the same year so I had two weddings to pay for, paid all of my fines during this time and then the announcement of my first grandchild to be born so there's was another nine months and a month before I was arrested I met with Webber at his office to talk about starting the process of getting it all taken care of and he didn't think it was important that the judge was made aware that the reason it had been so long was so I could be apart of my son's weddings. I asked him on more than one occasion to please let the judge know why it had been so long but he would not do it. Total waist of money.

This an amazing attorney! I would not hire any other attorney ever, he will always get all my business and anyone that I know that needs an attorney I will be referring Josh Webber to them as well and letting them know how good he is and how they will not be disappointed with him cause he truely on y...our side and will work wonders on your case and for you ! He will not sale u out like some of the lawyers do. I have had bad experiences with all the lawyers I've used in the past and have nothing good to say about any of them at all! He kept his word and got my felony possesion drug charge dropped to a fine. He was the only lawyer out of 6 that I had consultations with that was confident in getting it dropped. And in all honesty, I had no defense the drug was found on me, in a place nobody but me could have put it and it wasn't j...ust a little bit, it was alot and it wasnt pot. But luckily my bondsman informed me of Joshua Webber and he got my felony dropped to a fine. It dont get much better than that. . . I do think he could use a better or maybe a second secretary but other than that HES THE MAN!!!

I had a clear cut illegal search & seizure case. 1st offense. He agreed with no question it would be dropped.
