I was involved in a Hit and Run Accident

Peggie is so great!!! I was involved in a hit and run accident from behind, I was out of work for about 80 hours. Peggie helped the police find the guy that hit me from behind, and got him to take responsibility. She helped with finding doctors for me that helped me rehabilitate and get me back to wo...rk. She always answered all my calls and questions I had for her. I wasn't sure if I would get any type of settlement due to my medical bills being high, but she got them to reduce the bills in half and I got a really good settlement. With the settlement I received, I am able to open my own business and I am truly grateful to her for that!!!!

Honest

I cant tell you how refreshing it is to have such an honest attorney in your corner. She is compassionate about the law. Kay will fight for what is right. I will return to her for our needs over and over again.

We look at Kay, as, some one we can talk to, as, we can talk to a friend you haven't seen in a while! We love Kay! She has been, that friend, you need in your corner, when you need some one! Thank God she has been there for us! WE have been blessed to have had Kay in our lives for the past 25+ year...s. Kay has helped us on several occasions. First, my husband was rear-ended, we hired her then to help with medical bills. Second time, I was hit head on, in a coma for eight days, was in rehab for four months to learn to stand, hold a fork, to push a call light button. I was sent home in a wheelchair. In the next 5 years, I've had eighteen surgeries. Medical bills have been unreal! Kay Van Wey, did all she could, got all that was allowed, has been there anytime we have had questions or concerns.
