I represented 27 plaintiffs who were patients of a doctor who allegedly operated a "pill mill".Many of the plaintiff's died of accidental drug overdoses. A pharmacy which was connected to the clinic wa ... s alleged to have acted in concert with the doctor in dispensing controlled substances without a valid medical purpose. The doctor was also the subject of a criminal investigation and was indicted for his prescribing practices. As a result of his prescribing practices, his medical license was revoked.

I represented 9 plaintiffs who were patients of a spine surgeon who allegedly had an active cocaine addiction. We alleged that the hospital where he performed complex spinal surgeries was aware of the ... doctor's cocaine usage but did nothing to protect the patients because the doctor was the #1 source of revenue for the hospital. Several of my clients sustained severe nerve damage and were permanently disabled as a result of the surgery performed by this doctor whose license to practice medicine has been suspended. This case was featured on a national news show.
