Michael Arthur Lehmann

I don’t normally write reviews. This will be the 2nd review I’ve ever posted in my 46 yrs of life but Mr. Michael Lehmann deserves it. He is sincere, honest, kind, and an amazing advocate for his clients. He is very, very amazing at communicating. The first time I met Mr. Lehmann I was coming off the... elevator trying to get to my sons hearing. Mr. Lehmann let me know that the hearing had started early and they had postponed things but as a mom who got their 30 min early and still missed seeing my son I was devastated that I wasn’t there for my son on time not to mention the obvious heartbreak I was dealing with my son being in the circumstance he was in. Mr. Lehman sat with me and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was crying and had so many things going through my mind but he was so kind and understanding and calm. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He fought for my son and got him a very fair sentence. Mr. Lehmann helped put my faith back into the justice system. My family and I feel very blessed to have him on my sons case.

Ever been accused of a crime you were innocent of, signed for probation, and then miraculously find yourself in standing before the judge listening to these beautiful words, "Not Guilty"???? if not its because you have never been represented by this man, Michael A. Lehmann, this was near a decade ago.... It really happened, and yes i was charged with DWIWACI... An open and shut; your automatically guilty type situation. I, didnt do it and had just signed 10 years of my life away and been made financially responsible for the near 100,000$ in restitution's.But two days before my time for appeal ran out something happend , new evidence, new facts. Mike was my pda at the time. Meaning PUBLIC DEFENSE ATTORNEY. Meaning the months that would come to pass in motion hearings, time spent with criminal investigators, time spent with toxicologists, literally hundreds of hours. Where absolutely not spent in an hourly+retainer situation. I dunno what pda's typically bring in annually, but to the point, it was never about greed, or lack of shame, or MONEY. It was the fact that Mike new i was innocent! As well as the fact that he believes in JUSTICE! What we have here ladies and gentlemen is not some, attorney at law, or gumshoe pi, or snake in the grass defense lawyer. What we have here, is an Officer of the Court, who believes in justice, and is not afraid to stand strong in the face of overwhelming odds for others, simply because of those last two stated facts. Michael A Lehmann one in a million. Trustworthy.
