I started having problems with my ex the father of my child who had taken my baby away from me while I was at work and he also served me with papers at work. I was in super panic mode!! I called up a friend and asked for advice on what I should do and if he knew of someone who could help me. My frie...nd refered Steven. I called Steven that same day all this happened. He said come to his office as soon as I could get there. I got to his office not only was he super prepared and highly intelligent on a situation like this. We discussed my case and got a court date within the next week. Now I have had to deal with something like this in past and never had some so passionate on helping me get my 4 month old baby back. On the first hearing Steven went back into Chambers to speck with the other attorneys and judge. When they got done Steven let me know that I'll be seeing my baby that day. They other partie "my ex" made it very difficult on me to get him to follow judges orders and co parent. Steven was always available to call or text if I had any questions! Which is amazing that's not easy to come by. We went to court over him not following judges orders and Since then we got final orders into place that both parties agreed on!! Mr. Clark recently helped me with a Pro Se dissolution. We have 3 children. Mr. Clark was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of family court in Dallas County. He offered excellent advice for structuring the decree to be fair to all parties (as that was my wish) and I was able to compl...ete the Prove Up with no issues. His input allowed me to answer the judges questions correctly to avoid the pitfalls that I saw others make that same day in court. I was well armed ahead of time with instructions on how to file, and what to do and say on the day of the prove up. It was reassuring to already have ALL of the documents filled out ahead of time as I saw others struggling to finish up the paperwork that the court clerk handed out on prove up day. His fees were very reasonable and he was very timely in preparing the documents and make the few modifications that I requested. He was accommodating of my schedule and respectful of my time. After our initial meeting we were able to correspond through email and that is a big help as we're all faced with very busy schedules. I highly recommend Stephen Clark for your family court matters.
