Rasha Zeyadeh is "The Lioness"

Rasha Zeyadeh is “The Lioness”. There is no better way to describe this attorney. She is a fighter. A defender. A protector. She will do everything in her power to get back what was unlawfully taken from you. Whether it was your job, your dignity, your pride, your livelihood, your self-worth…. ...She will help make you whole again. I know. Because I came to her broken. The government took my career of 20 years and fired me, with no just cause. I went to her with what little evidence I had gathered. But she pieced it together and found evidence of retaliation. She found evidence of discrimination. She saw the bigger picture. She saw what they did to me. So, our fight against the federal government began. Rasha and I had it rough from the word ‘Go’ because our fight was internal. Which means everything was handled within the federal government. So, the cards were stacked against us from the very beginning. But that didn’t matter to Rasha. She wasn’t scared. Not even a little bit. Our case started with Mediation. Rasha took control of the Mediation. Rasha knows the law and she knew what I deserved. She protected me. And she fought for me. The mediation didn’t go the way we wanted it to, so we decided to walk away and to present our case to a judge. That meant depositions. I told Rasha that opposing counsel would not want her to depose my old boss because they were scared of her. I don’t think she believed me. But I was right. Two days before my boss was scheduled to be deposed by Rasha, opposing counsel called Rasha with an offer we would accept. They were scared of Rasha and they just proved it! But it gets even better. Rasha stayed on top of the case and wouldn’t back off and because of that, she got me, not only my job back, but my full back pay for the past 14 months! She won my case!!! Rasha Zeyadeh fought for me through the worst year of my life. All I can say is… Thank you, Rasha, for never giving up on me! You’ll always be my Lioness. Forever Grateful, Lisa Whitt

Professional and Responsive

Rasha handled my case as if it was her only case. She was very professional in her actions and communications, which I greatly appreciated. She always responded in a timely manner to me and with all matters regarding my case. Rasha was also thorough in her explanations and provided great detail on n...ext steps. Outside of my case, she was also very respectful and empathetic to things happening in my life at the same time.

Solid Professional

Dealing with employment issues can be very difficult because of the personal nature of them as well as the complex laws governing them. Rasha demonstrated she not only knew the laws explicitly but more importantly how to navigate successfully through negotiations leveraging them. She's one of the b...est and I wouldn't hesitate to engage her again in the future should the need arise or refer her to someone else in need.

"Rasha and I attended law school together, and she was always a top advocate. It would be difficult to count all of the awards and accolades Rasha received, but I can tell you that she is a passionate attorney who takes action. Rasha is fearless in the courtroom, but she is also razor sharp in her legal analysis. Although I have not worked with Rasha directly on an employment case, I know that her clients are in amazing hands. Additionally, she is the only employment attorney my firm makes referrals to."
