Mr. Ray represented my son and understood the trials of a young man going through PTSD from serving our country at war. Aaron has a renewed opinion of where he wants his life to go by Mr. Ray getting him another chance.

"Philip is an excellent lawyer and person. I recommended a client to Philip for a criminal matter and my client was very happy with Philip's representation. I have no hesitation in recommending Philip."
"Philip has a wealth of knowledge regarding criminal law that I draw upon regularly. His ten years of experience as a prosecutor allows him a perspective that is critical for analyzing your case, as it allows him to see it from not only your side, but as a prosecutor would. This perspective allows him to prepare and fight for your case in a way that counteracts, or at least balances, the governments case whenever possible. Additionally, Philip's board certification in criminal law puts him in an elite field among criminal defense lawyers. If I personally needed a criminal defense lawyer, Philip would be on my team."
"I fully endorse this lawyer. Phil litigates like his life depended on it. He is smart, aggressive and responsive. If you need a criminal defense lawyer, it would be hard to find one better than Phil."

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Philip for several years and my experience with Philip was when he was a felony prosecutor. I have tried a very serious felony case against Philip as well. Philip is an honest, hard working and well prepared lawyer. He has a broad knowledge of criminal law and I know he fights hard in the court room. One of Philip's best qualities is that he is a straight shooter. He will give you his honest opinion and he knows what he's talking about."
