From 1st Degree Felony to Misdemeanor with no Conviction

Brady Wyatt and Scott Palmer are fantastic lawyers, and saved me from terrible and ineffectual representation that could have permanently ruined my life. In 2017, I was arrested on a charge for first-degree felony manufacturing of methamphetamine. I had no criminal record. The search was possibly ill...egal, and I was under treatment for bipolar disorder at the time. It seemed at the very least that there were mitigating circumstances, but when you are in jail, you don’t have a lot of control over the lawyer you get, whether it’s someone your parents scramble to pay or someone the court provides. For 18 months, I was represented by a terrible lawyer who seemed out of his league, who didn’t get the system, and sometimes forgot to tell me about court dates. My case lingered on and on, and my life was at a standstill. In May 2018, I was put in contact with Scott Palmer and Brady Wyatt who convinced me to fire my old lawyer and hire them. It was an expensive decision, but it was one of the best I ever made. Within four months, Scott and Brady negotiated the dismissal of my first degree felony charge, and a pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of less than one gram with no conviction after 2-years probation. I was facing 10 years or more in prison and now I have my life and my future back. Scott and Brady and very savvy about the Texas court system. They know people, and know how to get the best deals for their clients. Don’t waste your time and money with ineffectual lawyers better suited for DUIs. Scott and Brady will help you get your life back on track.

Best Attorney in Dallas

I sought the services of Mr. Wyatt after being charged with conspiracy to traffic a controlled substance. Looking at 2 years of federal prison, I instead received 3 years of supervision. Brady’s expertise and dedication are unparalleled. He was professional, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable du...ring the entire process. Not only do I consider him as exceptional legal counsel, but also a dear friend. You will not find a better lawyer. Period.

Best attorney you can get!

Brady fought and got me the best outcome that I could have ever dreamed of. Hands down you can’t go wrong with him or find someone more knowledgeable in criminal cases. The definite lawyer to get the outcome desired.

Great Work

Mr. Wyatt is an outstanding attorney and handled my matter gracefully when I found myself in a tough position. Being an attorney myself, I knew Mr. Wyatt had the reputation of being the guy attorneys call when they are in trouble. I was accused of a DWI, and subsequently abused by a police officer. M...r. Wyatt demanded a trial and encouraged me to refuse any deals offered to me by prosecutors. Mr. Wyatt subsequently got a not-guilty verdict for my matter and also got everything expunged. He was always accessible and kept me abreast of everything going on. I would encourage anyone accused of any crime to seek out his services. You will not find a finer criminal lawyer in the state of Texas.

DWI Attorney

Brady was very knowledgeable of the litigation process for DWI's. He knew the preemptive steps to take prior to trial to influence the best outcome. He helped me through every step and he was able to negotiate a dismissal for my DWI charge. My case was not easy but Brady takes pride in what he doe...s so he did everything he could to win the day. Thanks Brady!
