My wife was represented by this attorney in a misdemeanor case in Smith County, TX, and the experience was devastating. From day one, we informed him that the arrest was based on a nonexistent warrant—something we later confirmed directly with the Smith County warrant division. Despite this, he refus...ed to challenge the arrest or file any suppression motions. Even worse, during trial, he sat silently while the prosecution presented false witnesses and fabricated claims—he made no objections whatsoever. He never confronted the unlawful foundation of the case, failed to preserve exculpatory bodycam footage, and ultimately allowed my wife to be convicted under false pretenses. This attorney did not protect his client. He failed to investigate, failed to advocate, and allowed a wrongful conviction to move forward unchallenged. I do not recommend him to anyone who is seeking a real defense.

Andrew is not only knowledgeable about the law and excellent at keeping you updated at all times, he is realistic and works hard behind the scenes to make sure you get the best deal. I was arrested for a DWI class B misdemeanor in 2018 and explained to him at the beginning that any DWI conviction on ...my record - whether from trial (which i was fully prepared to go thru) or a plea - would potentially impact my job. He listened, understood my concerns, and even though the facts were not in my favor, he used every advantage we had to get the charged reduced to an Obstruction of Highway, which does not carry the same impact as a DWI. My case was somewhat difficult I believe. I had a car accident where I rear ended someone. I did not have car insurance-thought I did as husband was making the payments and stopped without telling me.....this caused not only my license to get suspended but I was told when I was pulled over by the pol...ice that I had multiple warrants out for my arrest from this accident. (I was taken by ambulance to the hospital and was not given any citations at the scene). I found all of this out days apart-almost a year after this happened. I did not know what to do or where to start. Andrew met with me and we discussed the case. He worked very hard to help me fix this mess I was in. He was there by my side working overtime fighting the DA's office in a small town. This DA did not want to try to understand anything regarding this situation. Andrew fought to the top, having my case moved to the District Court in Collin County where he was able to explain my situation there and work my problem out. He made them understand and got me the best outcome possible. Being a single mom and needing to get to work was essential and being without a drivers license was not something I could afford. He is someone you can count on if your in a tough situation and will always give you his best work. This is the second time I have needed him and both times he did everything he could to help me and succeeded. I would highly recommend Andrew and his associate.
