Amanda Lea Reichek

Hiring Amanda was the best decision i ever made for my case. She is honest, upfront, and no-nonsense. She always made herself accessible when I needed her and kept me informed the entire way. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in employment law, specifically the plaintiff side of things. She k...nows the courts like the back of her hand and does not focus on the dollar, but instead she focuses on what's right. While I ultimately decided to settle my case in arbitration this was not due to Ms. Reichek's performance as I personally had enough (the process of suing an employer is long, tiring, and psychologically draining). However, if it wasn't for the fatigue I constantly felt I would of easily taken my case to trial so that I could of watched Ms. Reichek knock it out of the park.

I have no idea how my case will turn out so I thought I would turn in this review before my opinion might be influenced by the outcome. The best you can hope for from a lawyer is that they make the best case possible on your behalf and Amanda Reichek has done more than that. Amanda has not only... been the most resolute and communicative advocate one could hope for but one has the unmistakable impression that you are are her only client (which I sincerely doubt is true). I have never had to hire a lawyer before and to describe the twisted path than brought me into contact with Amanda Reichek would be too difficult to describe, but suffice it to say that my career is at stake and I cannot imagine my future being in better hands. The best of the best in any profession!

While we are still in the beginning phases of my suit, reading these reviews confirms that she is the real deal!
