An attorney with integrity for the little guy

Hiring Amanda was the best decision i ever made for my case. She is honest, upfront, and no-nonsense. She always made herself accessible when I needed her and kept me informed the entire way. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in employment law, specifically the plaintiff side of things. She k...nows the courts like the back of her hand and does not focus on the dollar, but instead she focuses on what's right. While I ultimately decided to settle my case in arbitration this was not due to Ms. Reichek's performance as I personally had enough (the process of suing an employer is long, tiring, and psychologically draining). However, if it wasn't for the fatigue I constantly felt I would of easily taken my case to trial so that I could of watched Ms. Reichek knock it out of the park.

Amanda Reichek - A Brilliant Attorney

The 2-3 days I waited before contacting Amanda about a potential law suit being filled by a former employer we're extremely stressful and mentally exhausting. Shortly after meeting Amanda for the first time I felt a tremendous sense of relief and quickly realized I was in excellent hands. It was as ...if a good friend had taken over full responsibility of this dark cloud that was hanging over me. I can't emphasize the comfort I felt knowing full well that I was going to be protected and we'll taken care of. Amanda immediately went into lawyer mode and proceeded to quickly get results and tenaciously worked during the Christmas holidays to get a positive settlement. She's highly intelligent, an excellent litigator with a tremendous (almost intimidating) amount of confidence and knowledge of labor law. I hope I never have to go through something like this ever again, but if I do, without any hesitation, I'll reach out to Amanda. Her entire skill set coupled with her work ethic, is the purest definition of exceeding expectations.

attention to detail

Amanda represented me as a union member during my termination hearings. After discussing how my case went with other teachers that had been terminated I realized how lucky I was to have had her as my attorney. She was by far the most prepared and was absolutely tenacious. Every call I made was prompt...ly returned even when I obviously just need to vent.

Outstanding Work Ethic and Results Driven!

Amanda was very through with her handling of my case. She was available at all hours of the day and weekend to go over any questions or concerns I had. Lawsuits are never easy; however with Amanda, she put my mind at ease by stating the facts and breaking down what would occur .. she was right on e...ach time. Her ability to know the law, explain the law to her clients, and then execute (even with the other side trying to force the case the other way) was second to none.
