Herb is more concerned about a fat paycheck than he is serving his clients. I needed some business forms filed quickly and he screwed it up and had to refile them — and he billed me for the additional time, an hour that would have taken any normal person 10 minutes. I was expecting a final bill that ...would sting because of my urgency. The total was more than double that. Never a word about what to expect on my bill for services rendered. It was a complete surprise. Then, he bills me for the equivalent of about 5 hours at his "rate" for a boilerplate document that would have taken a 5th grader only 20 minutes to complete. Bottom line: he breaks his time down by the hour no matter how little time he spends on a job. On top of that, the "office" he lists on his profile is a UPS store where he has a mailbox. I not only would NOT recommend him, I'm embarrassed to say that I know him.
