I was referred by a friend to Mike Rodgers. I immediately felt a sense of belief that he was the attorney for me. He was on point right from the start and wasted no time. I have to say that while at times I may have my doubts, I truly do believe that I am in good hands. He's not your typical attorney..., but that's just what makes him stand out from the rest. Mike Rodgers handled a criminal case in my defense. He was willing to work with me on the cost and was accommodating when it came to payment. Mike worked with me to create a defense that we were both comfortable with and he took my concerns into consideration. He was also very flexible when it cam...e to setting up meeting times as his home and office are far from my home. We often worked weekends together. I was pleasantly surprised and overjoyed to receive a verdict of Not Guilty.

If you want to win your case DO NOT hire this attorney, he does not even know the law, he only thinks he is right at any cost. Even when faced with the facts in black and white (the statute) he still argued that he was right. After that, I asked the question here on Avvo, again proven wrong he still ...refused to refund our money he told me "if you are right, I will give your money back" I have yet to see one red cent! He is a sorry excuse for a human being and an attorney. He took our money and provided absolutely nothing in return. We had to hire another attorney who actually understood the law on our matter. Mr. Rodgers refused to refund any of the money that was paid on this case. I will be filing a grievance on him, please be aware that he is not an honest man and will take your money at any cost.
