If you want to win your case DO NOT hire this attorney, he does not even know the law, he only thinks he is right at any cost. Even when faced with the facts in black and white (the statute) he still argued that he was right. After that, I asked the question here on Avvo, again proven wrong he still ...refused to refund our money he told me "if you are right, I will give your money back" I have yet to see one red cent! He is a sorry excuse for a human being and an attorney. He took our money and provided absolutely nothing in return. We had to hire another attorney who actually understood the law on our matter. Mr. Rodgers refused to refund any of the money that was paid on this case. I will be filing a grievance on him, please be aware that he is not an honest man and will take your money at any cost.
