Ive been absolutely blessed to have hired him as a lawyer . During what was undoubtedly one of the most challenging times of my life, Mr jorome Stein proved to be an invaluable support. Hired May 2013. Both parties anxious to divorce. Dozens of delays and non response or filings by Stein led to a delayed mediation date of Mar 4, 2015. Stein never advises or preps me for what is going to happen in mediation even after several pleas. Stein showed 1.5 hours late (claims weather but w...e were there), showed with no files or preparation for case, thank God I had my files and laptop and photos. Stein takes 3 client calls during my mediation, falsy mentions possible solutions I / we never discussed. I handled the rest of the meeting while he took calls. Stein asks me to text him a photo of my because he had friends to set me up with. March 4th, Stein was ordered to submit a QDRO for military, police pension, warranty deeds and divorce decree within 14 days. 10 days later/20/days/30 days/90 days later Jerome has yet to submit my police QDRO or divorce decree. I received 9 copies of the divorce decree with constant errors, MAJOR errors of palintiff and respondant, wrong birthdates, (his admin Tanya) is non responsive and does not ever give you correct documents. Stein claimed other party to blame for delays but now I am in talks with other party, I am finding out otherwise. Stein continues to take funds blindly from my account, but 22 requests for an invoice he has not supplied one yet claiming invoice issues that are long standing. His texts are unreadable, not only spelling errors but true "gotta guess what he is saying" If you ask about 3 things --- he might partially answer 1. I sent a 10 day demand letter in May and told him to process my divorce ( Ihave several months of child support waiting but can not get because the divorce not filed) or I was filing a grievance - he once again lied (I have proof) about why he delayed yet again, so I tell him I have NO choice but to file a grievance, he emailed me yesterday he is withdrawing from case. So give him your money, then let him not take care of you and then he gets to withdraw from case. This is going to be a long ride........................ i have spoken to other attorneys of how simple my divorce should have been, afterall we mediated, but Stein wont process paperwork or file correctly any of the QDROs, so now nothing. I welcome the opportunity to share my personal and factual truth with anyone.

Jerome was a God send! We were at our wits end. We had talked to other lawyers that told us we didn't have a snowballs chance in you know where of winning custody of a biological child and one that wasn't biological. I sent an email out on one of the lawyer sites and Jerome answered! Thank The Lord h...e did! It was a tough fight covering a couple of states but in the end he did it! He and his staff were so reliable, kind, caring and comforting...and worked with us financially. He was honest and told us everything we had to do and we followed his directives and we got custody! I thought I was going to be able to weather the storm in my marriage as I had done in the past, but that would not be the case.
