Earlier this year I did contract legal work for Jerome. He agreed to pay me as I billed him. He has never paid me timely or in full. He makes promises to pay but that’s all they are. Recently I suffered a diabetic stroke which resulted in a portion of my left foot being amputated. I was in the hos...pital for 3 weeks and rehab for 2. Im now at home in a wheelchair. Despite my requests that he pay me Jerome just says he’ll pay me when he can. Sometimes he’ll say he’s paying me on a certain date but he doesn’t. He has owed me for almost 5 months. His word is worthless. I wouldn’t trust him with any case of mine.
