Outside of my practice I serve on the Board of the Family Section of the Dallas Bar Association, I am a volunteer mediator with DCAP the mediation service of the Denton County Bar Association, and constantly am learning more so that you can have the most effective and knowedgable serve on several commitees and boards of community organizations. Stein is what a real lawyer should be!
After a long and disheartening history with attorneys who either abandoned their duties, lacked integrity, or simply took my money and disappeared, I had all but lost faith in the legal profession — until I met Jerome Stein. Jerome Stein is not just an attorney. He is a fighter. He belongs to a ra...

Divorced 15 years ago
Jerome handled my case 15 years ago. I saw this site while looking for a lawyer to handle the last act of my case...my Ex is still fraudulently collecting child support...a slam dunk case for me (I have the records I need). After seeing the mixed reviews Jerome has received, I just wanted to let ...

PERSONAL Lawyer
I'm not sure what happened with the guy leaving numerous bad reviews below, but our experience with Jerome has been excellent. He came highly recommended from a lawyer in another county. He stayed in touch with us, calling us or emailing us back whenever we contacted him, which was often. He worke...
"Jerome and I have been opposing counsel on several tough cases. He is a well-reasoned advocate. He is also of good temper, even on those tough cases. It is with pleasure that I endorse Jerome."
"I first met Jerome Stein about ten years. He is well-respected in the family law community as a knowledgeable, hard-working advocate for his clients. He talks through all of the options with his clients so that they can make the best decisions for themselves and their families. He fights to achieve the best results for his clients, whether through negotiations or hearings."
"Jerome is a fantastic attorney who holds his client's best interests at the forefront. In terms of reaching his client's goals, I have personally seen him at his best (in negotiations AND in trial). While always willing to deal out of court if the deal is the right thing to do, he also has no problem pulling up his shirt sleeves and litigating if that's the only way to accomplish what needs to happen. I endorse Jerome without reservation."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Jerome for over 20 years. Jerome is a man of integrity, hard working, and very dedicated to his clients. I highly recommend Jerome as an attorney."
"I endorse this lawyer. Jerome represents his clients well. He is tenacious, well versed in the law and is always well prepared which shows in his representation of his clients."
"Jerome is one of the most tenacious divorce lawyers in Dallas. He is truly passionate about his work and his clients. His reputation for being an honest, professional adversary is well-known and well-deserved."
