Baharan Muse

She was tough on me when i first met her. I wanted to just do my time since that was what I was use to doing. She talked me into doing to drug treatment and getting on papers. I completed my aftercare this year and have a job. She helped me "know my worth" and I appreciate her dedication to my sobrie...ty. She still calls me back when i call her.

Ms. Baharan is such a great lady. My husband got 2 years time served and was looking at staying in prison for a lot longer then when he first went in for 4 years ago. She is very nice but really got thru to my husband and now he is back in population and got a parole vote. She explained everything to... me like a friend and never made me feel below her. She works hard and really seems to like helping her clients and their families.

I was first worried about getting a public defender on my civil commitment case. Ms. Muse worked so hard and got my case dismissed. I was looking forward to be released from TDCJ and this case was filed against me for charges from 10 years ago! She was very nice to me and patient. She explained e...verything so that I could understand and she listened to my side of the story. She worked hard on talking to the rank that I worked for on the unit and even filed copies of all my certificates that I received in TDCJ. She got me a doctor to testify for me in court. After everything she did the state dropped the case and I am now able to get out of TDCJ and am looking forward to seeing my neice's graduation from college. Me and my family thank her for how hard working Ms. Muse is and now I get to have my life back.

Ms. Baharan Behbahani Muse defended our son against charges brought against him while in prison. She did everything she could to help my son and our family. She always called us back and always would call us and give us updates after court. My son and our family are so grateful for her being such ...a kind, hard working, and dedicated attorney.
