Calm, cool and firm

Kevin is one of the best attorneys in Dallas hands-down. Don’t let his calm and mellow demeanor fool you. He has a way of surprising the opposing attorney in a methodical, firm way to drive his point home. I was beyond impressed and grateful for his zealous advocacy of me (and with the result I neede...d).

Top notch Lawyer

Mr Ross is a top notch lawyer. He took on my son's case, and led us through uncharted territory with calmness and confidence. His portal and communication was constant and set us at ease, all with a successful result! I would recommend him to everyone!

Lazy, doesn’t respond

Had him for a possible writ. He sent several emails to law enforcement, prosecutor, precious lawyer to get evidence. No one had it, so he shrugged his shoulders and said we “did all we could”, for an actors $15k we can file a writ and subpoena the evidence. When we saved up the money, we called and m...essaged and never heard back. Waste of money

I am sorry that you feel you had a bad experience with my firm reviewing your case for a writ. We seek to gather the information needed to make a determination of what we think is possible to pursue. Generally speaking, writs are very difficult and often do not result in the relief clients hope for. I cannot and won't go into all the details of the writ investigation process or the matter online. Very effective

Kevin is very sharp and effective. He dug into the details to understand all the specifics of my case and is thorough in mapping out and evaluating the options at each key decision point. Ultimately, it's the results that matter and Kevin was clear and compelling in his communication of the facts of ...my case to the DA and secure a dismissal.
