I cannot adequately describe the amount of value I've gotten from Everett in under 4,000 words. I can say that, since he was recommended to our start-up company a few months ago, he has been a constant and calm voice of reason. His counsel has been invaluable in negotiating our start-up's LLC agree...ment, registering with the state, navigating common speed bumps, and protecting us from liability and tax issues.
