I grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana. I was one of eight children, did not have a “privileged” upbringing, but am extremely grateful for my parents’ many sacrifices. They instilled in me a work ethic that I carry with me to this day.

Throughout my years, I have overcome many personal and professional challenges. I now devote my professional life to helping clients overcome their financial challenges.

Donald provided excellent service for my partner and I. We were having a difficult time making such a large decision. What we respected the most was that Donald was honest. Even though he was getting our business it was more about the personal touch over the money. Not very man places you can go no d...ays and get more service then what you paid for! He worked hard, payed attention to all the small details, all the while advising us and informing us of better financial decisions. He was always on time, professional, and dressed the part. If you need to do anything with a bankruptcy I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else! He's so good that I encourage you to be prepared for him, because he will be more than prepared for you!

Chapter 7 -Wish I would have filed sooner

Don made me change my feelings about lawyers. He was there for us every step of the way through our filing. He sat down with us and helped us through the filing process having everything submitted within 2 days. When we had court hearing he was there to help us through all the questions. I would hire... him again in a heart beat!

Mr. Hood was transparent, excellent explanation, always answered call/ text/ email concerning case. Mr. Hood handled my chapter 7 with precision and speed, covered everything possible to make sure all was right before filing, and always kept me informed and prepared throughout the process. Do...nald also is a " real person" ; wasn't a bunch of hurry up and get u out of office/ get your money and forget. Not many practicing those ethics anymore. In my opinion, worth every penny; and will refer him to anyone in future

The Ultimate Solution

I did not know what to expect. Mr. Hood came highly recommended by my personal attorney. I only knew that I had to declare bankruptcy. On our first meeting he explained everything to me, answered all of my questions and most importantly removed the embarrassment I felt. He outlined the procedur...e, the costs and the timing of the filing. He recommended a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and explained why. He reviewed all of my pertinent information and the petition was finished that day. After filing he checked in with me on a regular basis and helped prepare me for my meeting with the creditors. He attended that meeting with me. After the creditors meeting he continued to follow up and 60 days later I received his letter that the Discharge Order had been issued. I did not know what to expect, and what I received was professional and experienced legal help with my bankruptcy.
