Board Certified, U.S. News Best Lawyers "Lawyer of the Year," Super Lawyers, Texas Bar College Member.
I represent individuals in all types of employment disputes, including informal negotiations, trial in the state and federal courts, arbitrations, appeals, and administrative proceedings before the TWC, EEOC, and NLRB. Since the day I was licensed to practice law, I have practiced exclusively in the area of employment law, working on behalf of individual employees and entrepreneurs. I especially enjoy helping employees with pregnancy and medical leave disputes, those with disputes over their non-compete, commission, or other employment contracts, and individuals who have been denied disability accommodations. I would be proud to help you achieve your workplace goals, and "right the ship" if you've been sent off-course.

Appreciation
Ashley did an outstanding job of representing my interest in a recent legal dispute. She spent a great deal of time researching and understanding a complicated case.
"Ashley is a personal colleague of mine who is an ace at Labor & Employment law. She is driven and a true stand out among others. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking an attorney."
"Ashley is a fearless advocate who pursues justice for her clients. She is knowledgeable in employment law and experienced in the court room. I would recommend her services to anyone who has been mistreated by their employer."
"As a mediator, I work with a lot of lawyers each and every week. Ashley stands out as someone who's both "book smart" as well as people savvy. She knows when to be flexible but also knows when to stand her ground. Capable counsel."
