WORST ATTORNEY IN THE USA . BASICALLY STOLD 20K FROM OUR FAMILY. HAD 11 MONTHS TO PREPARE FOR TRIAL. TWO WEEKS BEFORE TRIAL HE SAYS TO MY SON YOU"RE GUILTY WE ALL KNOW THAT . FIND ME SOME EXPERT WITNESSES IN PTSD .NEVER RETURNES PHONE CALLS EVERYTIME WE WENT TO MEET WITH HIM HE ALWAYS HAD OTHER PEOPL...E AT THE SAME TIME . WE GOT PUSHED OUT BECAUSE HE HAD OUR MONEY.WENT FROM TELLING MY SON NEVER GO TO TRIAL YOU"LL GET PROBATION TO HIM GOING TO PRISON FOR 9 YEARS.

after sorting through a few referrals i selected Tom for my DWI charge and was very pleased with the results. he was hands-on throughout the process and was able to prevent my license from being suspended in addition to winning the case itself. the cost was moderately high (but reasonable) and much l...ess than some of the other quotes i received.

I got a call from him saying he was getting my case dismissed. Which means in my world, no billed. However, after having to pry out of him the fact that he was not getting me a dismissal but probation and then him acting as though the courts will just end the probation because I've completed the cla...sses and paid fines is totally false, that is solely at the judges discretion after presenting a plea to end probation early. But, if the court ordered a term of a year they're not going to end it early and then I had 2 court dates he failed to enlighten me on having. It was pretty clear that he wanted to push me thru and settle to get his money above any interest in the effects of the results in my life. Your counsel should always be upfront and forthcoming and not force you to pry out the whole story hopefully asking the right questions to have gotten the whole story. It was very disappointing to have been recommended by an excellent attorney and yet have had such a disappointing experience. That was $350 lost and waisted.
