I would like to share my lmmigration journey here with you all and I must confess that it had been a successful and achievable journey ,through the tremendous job done by Attorney Gary Frost and team of the Miley & Brown law Firm. ... I must also commend the great work of the paralegal assigned to my case, Tonya Spears, she and her team were outstanding and proactive. Our stages of this entire process began after receiving many recommendations we decided to use Miley & Brown Law Firm which came highly recommend. We chose to hire them for my immigration case Marriage of Spouse of a U.S Citizen. We did our consultation with the Firm in January 2023 and we were given a checklist of documents to be submitted. We finished up with all documentations required and submitted documents to their office. In March 2023 case was filed to USCIS. On July 2023 cases were approved both I-130 and1 I-485. Few days after my approval received my Social Security card. On the first week in August receive my Green Card. So on a wholistic point of view, my immigration case was processed within 5 months.
