Brilliant lawyer!

Mr. Frost is the fireman. He puts out fires. I applied for citizenship and was rejected. I was told it would be a waste of time to appeal but I did it with him and everything went exactly how he said it would which makes an extremely stressful situation that little bit easier. I love his no nonsense ...and direct approach but most importantly I love his competence. Thanks to him, I won against all odds. I highly recommend this brilliant lawyer especially if your odds are low because this fireman puts out fires!

GARY FROST! Best lawyer in town

Words cannot express how thankful I am for the hard work and professionalism of the Chavez and Valko law firm, while my biggest thanks and appreciation goes to Gary Frost. Thank You! Everything began a few years ago when I got detained by ICE for falling out of status as an F-1 student. I hired a lo...cal immigration attorney last year when I received notice of my first master calendar hearing. Hiring her was a bad idea! Once the contract was signed, she became rude, arrogant and demanded more money for little things. I couldn’t afford to hire another attorney so I stuck it out and hoped for the best. I had not heard anything from immigration or my attorney since June/July 2013, so I assumed that no news was good news. I was wrong! Things turned for the worst earlier this year when I received a letter from ICE stating that I was to report to their facility within a month to be REMOVED!!!After living here for 10 years, I was not facing deportation and separation from my family. I was devastated. Panicked, I had no choice but to fire my old attorney. After consulting with a few local immigration attorneys, I decided on retaining services of Mr. Gary Frost. From the moment I stepped into their office, I could see the level of professionalism and empathy they had for me. Mr. Frost told me exactly how he would approach this case from beginning to end. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that he did not promise any results, but gave me realistic expectations. However, he did promise to do everything he could to fix the situation I was in. Mr. Frost filed an appeal to re-open the case. This was granted. He communicated extensively with ICE over the next month to see if they would come to some sort of agreement. My next court dated was now scheduled for 05/09/2014. Guess what.. ICE agreed to administrative closure because I qualified for prosecutorial discretion and the Immigration Judge granted it. I am no longer being deported. THANK YOU GARY and everyone at the Chavez and Valko Law Firm!

If you want to win, hire Mr. Frost!

My family and I arrived in the U.S. in 1984 as refuges from Iran. Soon after our arrival, we hired an attorney. After working with him for five years, he was unsuccessful at helping us. Consequently, we hired a new attorney only to face yet another unsuccessful attempt gaining a resident status. Prio...r to working with Mr. Chavez, we went through six attorneys, as our case was extremely complicated. Even though several appeals had been made by our previous attorneys for a motion to reopen our case, they were always denied. We were being forced to do a voluntary deportation. Every year after the September 11th tragedy occurred, the immigration laws became stricter and our lives were impacted even more. Due to our status, we were slowly losing all of our rights. Before September 11, we had no trouble working and never had to check in with immigration but after, our lives were never the same. Due to these newly enforced laws we were under strict ICE supervision. We worked with the Chavez and Valko firm for a few years and through hard work, dedication, determination and devotion to our case, Mr. Chavez was able to reopen our case. At this point Mr. Gary Frost was the attorney handling our case. One thing we can say about Mr. Frost is that he is very diligent and was always the most prepared person in the courtroom. He was ready for anything and was well respected by the judge. Both Mr. Chavez and Mr. Frost were honest and open about everything pertaining to our case. They were thorough in their explanations regarding the steps taken with our case. They are a very organized firm and keep clients posted on every detail of their case. Because Mr. Chavez's perseverance and thanks to Mr. Frost's endless preparation of our case, we were grated our green cards after being in this country for over twenty five years. What separates Mr. Chavez and Mr. Frost from our past attorney's is that they put their hearts into their work and are compassionate. They care about the clients and genuinely desire a happy ending just as much as we did. I recommend the Chavez and Valko Firm to anyone seeking legal residence. Having dealt with several other attorneys I can honestly say that they are the best!
