Meredith was assigned as a paid court appointed lawyer with tax dollars. Meredith failed to follow up on any leads provided to assist in building a defense case. Well she worked really fast on my case. I signed for safpf 6 month program and was waiting 5 months so she went right in and got the judge to overturn my decision....mind u once u sign thats pretty much it...but she worked her majic and got it done for me...very consistent with her work. Meredith Behgooy was recently assigned as My son's public defender by the courts. My son had been wrongfully accused of a crime. And I must admit, I had reservations about the diligence of a court appointed attorney to defend him. However, after seeing her immdiate attentiveness to getting the facts... and evidence to understand what he'd been accused of and why. I realized God had heard my prayer and anointed her to defend him. She spoke with my son admonishing him to give her the whole truth. She gathered the evidence proving that there was no way for him to be their suspect. She explained the steps of her defense process to us. She contacted the investigating officers, providing them with that evidence, and requested the case be thrown out, and it was.
