I had two old arrests from when I was in college, one in Austin and one in San Antonio. It had never been a problem for me until my employer asked me about them recently even though I have worked there for nearly 10years. I had assumed that there were no records because I had never had it come up be...fore. Mr. Strickland was able to find the records even though they were over 15 years old and explained that I was eligible to apply for expunction and have the records cleared. He was able to get both done in two different places faster than I would have thought possible. Really good experience and would call again if I needed anything.

I applied for a new job after working for the same company for 9 years and they did a background check. I had an old arrest from several years ago that was dismissed and so I thought that meant it wasn’t on my record. Turns out it was. Mr. Strickland helped me explain the situation to my new employer... and was able to do an expungement to actually get it taken off my record and fast enough that I was able to keep the new job. My daughter was arrested in her very first semester at UT. After I was done being mad I just wanted to make sure she had the best lawyer out there and that her future wasn’t damaged because of a mistake.
