He is admitted to practice law in Texas, before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the Supreme Court of Texas and the U.S. Supreme Court.
A proud Texas native with family roots in the area since 1867, Mr. Parvin has served Cedar Hill since 2009 as an elected city councilman. He has enjoyed various positions throughout North Texas on civic and philanthropic boards, and has served as the magistrate at Dallas County Truancy Court and as a part-time adjunct professor of business law at Northwood University. in addition to practicing law, he also currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Texas A&M University School of Law.
