I practice in the areas of general commercial litigation, personal injury disputes, labor and employment law and real estate matters in state and federal courts. My business philosophy is simple –create value to clients by solving problems through diligent counseling and aggressive advocacy.

I handle commercial litigation matters on behalf of medium and large businesses, including contractual disputes, labor and employment matters, franchise litigation, business torts, injunctive relief and post-judgment collection actions. I have experience representing insurers and self-insured companies in a variety of tort based litigation, with an emphasis on premises liability disputes, products liability and multi-party real estate fraud. I also have experience with healthcare litigation involving the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute and Federal False Claims Act. Furthermore, I have experience handling disputes involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Texas Debt Collection Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
