I had gotten in some very serious problems a while back and because of my past criminal history the DA requested an enhancement of all my charges. Luckily I had one of the best lawyers in the state of Texas and he made me feel more at ease and confident that this will be solved in a very favorable ma...nner. Time passed by and although I didnt hear much from him, I knew he was hard at work and taking care of my case. We finally had a hearing date set for court and he wanted to meet with me before so we can be prepared and figure out what our options were. He showed me the police videos of when the offense happened and what he thought was best for us. I had no doubt in my mind that I was going to do some time and that all hope was lost but he never gave up and told me to relax and leave it all to him. They pushed my court day back for another two months and I kept on with my life as usual. Last year, I was arrested for my 2nd DWI and I felt like my good life was ruined. My medical license was also going to be in jeopardy.
