Well, i got stopped and accused of dui. Went to jail and the first thing i did when i got out was too look for the best lawyer in Ellis County. I asked around for recommendations and i kept hearing Joe's name. There i go to meet Mr. Gallo. I have much appreciation for the professional and personal guidance Joe offered throughout my legal proceedings. Last year, I was arrested for my 2nd DWI and I felt like my good life was ruined. My medical license was also going to be in jeopardy. I would like to enthusiastically recommend Joseph Gallo for anyone in need of a solid criminal defense attorney in Waxahachie/Ellis County. Last summer while driving through Waxahachie, I was arrested and charged with 2 misdemeanors (DWI with a blood alcohol of .28 , possession of marijuana) and ...1 felony (possession of marijuana). I am a physician, therefore the Texas Medical Board was notified of the charges, and they immediately suspended my medical license. I was in dire straits and freaking out about the potential jail time, loss of my medical license and career, and having a felony on my record. My sister is an attorney in California and she spent several days thoroughly researching and vetting attorneys to find the best representation possible. For the DWI, I did not have to serve any jail time and my driver's licence was never suspended.
