I was interested in setting up a General Warranty Deed reserving enhanced life estate and met with Tyler Edmondson regarding doing such and he was very informative and knowledgeable about this particular deed and other trusts. He helped me set up the warranty deed which in Texas is termed the Lady Bi...rd Deed. He is very helpful and friendly and I would recommend him for any advice you might have concerning legal matters.

My husband became ill and had been in the hosp for 11 days. When he returned home, with limited mobility, we realized a few things. Mr. Edmondson was the epitome of professionalism. I was hesitant to even seek legal advice thinking that my small wrongful dismissal claim wasn't worth his time. My wife and I found Tyler by pure luck. But I must say that this was the best luck we ever had. My wife and I were looking for help in the adoption of our Grandson. We had explored all the website listings and never found anyone that seemed the least bit interested. Then one day, after a brief pr...ayer, I happened to look for an attorney in the Wylie, TX area. We found a listing for William Tyler Edmondson and since it was just up the street a few blocks, we decided to call for an appointment. This was the best phone call we ever made. After explaining to the father what was in the best interest of our Grandson, he willingly agreed to signed the relinquishment of his paternal rights. Tyler was there for my wife and I each time we had a question or concern. Because we did not own a vehicle for transportation, he would often come by our home to meet and give us updates on the adoption. In my 62 years of life, even though I have not had many occasions to need an attorney, I have never had one that went that extra mile like we experienced with Tyler. A truly GREAT, trusting and knowledgeable attorney. An attorney that I would gladly recommend to anyone in need of legal services. If not for Tyler's caring attitude, willingness to help others who are less fortunate, my wife and I would not have been able to complete this adoption.
