I paid this guy $750.00 to begin my divorce. The total amount is $1900.00. I called the next day because I changed my mind and decided to pay him only $350 to fill out the paperwork and I'll go ahead and file with the courts myself. I called him to let him know. He told me that would not be a proble...m. I said ok, how would I get the rest of my money back. This guy told me (like I'm an idiot) that he has to fill out a different set of paperwork and that would cost me the remainder of my $750. Sir, there is NOT A DIFFERENT SET OF DOCUMENTS FOR A DIVORCE. I was totally in shock. This guy is really saying this. After not backing down, he said he would b only charge me $350 and to call him next Wednesday. I will be requesting the remainder of my money via certified letter tomorrow. I can see why he has been disciplined by the state.

I can't say enough about Mr. Nance and his team. Everyone was very professional, caring and excellent customer service. Linda the receptionist was always so bubbly and very pleasent, she even knew my voice. Which made me feel very good to know that I had a caring team standing behind me. Mr. Nance an...d his team ROCKS!
