I had contacted William Collin couple of months back to explain about my hardship situation and to get to know about the options I have. He explained me very well and made sure that I understood the whole process. He was answering all my questions via multiple calls/messages so patiently. He never mi...ssed calling me during appointments and he was on time all the times. I was able to file chapter 13 with his tremendous guidance last week and I'm sure he'll help me to get the less and very much reduced monthly payment under chapter 13. William initially handled my case well but communication was always poor. I would ask a small list of questions and get a one word answer to one of my questions. Sometime reply would be in a day sometime a week . During a time filled with uncertainty communication is comforting. If you want bare ...bones representation with no communication then William Collins is your guy. Overall I felt very unvalued as a client, I guess there are always people filling BR so no need to serve them well.

We were already going through a very tough time and decided to file for chapter 13 bankruptcy. From the beginning Mr Collins was unprepared and misleading. With our lives in the balance there were multiple mistakes made by this lawyer. Time after time we received multiple letters stating that our ban...kruptcy was going to be terminated due to improper filings and mistakes. Year after year of our bankruptcy nothing changed more mistakes made and we were falling farther and farther behind because of all the mistakes made and information lost by this lawyer. Due to the mistakes made during and after the bankruptcy was finished there were still multiple debts unpaid and now with back charges and threat of foreclosure. I would highly discourage anyone from using this firm/ Mr Collins for any form of law consultation or action.. The entire process has put me and my family through unnecessary heart ache and anxiety. Please spread the word if you are thinking of going through bankruptcy look elsewhere. For the thousands of dollars spent up front and the seven thousand received for the what a thoughtless and horrifying experience we were put through. please do not choose this person to represent you.
