We were already going through a very tough time and decided to file for chapter 13 bankruptcy. From the beginning Mr Collins was unprepared and misleading. With our lives in the balance there were multiple mistakes made by this lawyer. Time after time we received multiple letters stating that our ban...kruptcy was going to be terminated due to improper filings and mistakes. Year after year of our bankruptcy nothing changed more mistakes made and we were falling farther and farther behind because of all the mistakes made and information lost by this lawyer. Due to the mistakes made during and after the bankruptcy was finished there were still multiple debts unpaid and now with back charges and threat of foreclosure.
