CPS Case
In 2007 our children were taken by cps. We had adopted a child from Bulgaria. She had made claims that she was being sexually abused. My wife had a attorney, and I had a Attorney by the name of Gibbs. The whole cps process was a scam. After watching Gibbs he was tied in to the cps circus. Driving down 75 I saw Stuckles billboard about CPS. Fight and win. I dumped Gibbs and Paul kicked in. Paul was amazing! He spent time on our case! I lost everything in the process, our buisness, our house but Paul truely cared. I was aquitted because Paul cared and spent time on our case!

Caring and compassionate
Attorney Allen Ayers is awesome! He spent a ton of time explaining what steps they would take during the process. He went above and beyond what any other attorney would taking the time to hear you and giving detailed on going explanations. I really appreciated his time and efforts. I would highly recommend.

Did not fight for our loved one!
Our loved one was/is falsely accused. There was/is a ton of evidence that did not get used in the trial proving innocence. Therefore, our loved one was convicted and is now going on appeal. Mr. Ayers was great explaining things as the trial went on. All of our family feel this lawyer did not try to help our loved one. Only interested in the money!

If your goal is only a game between the DA and this attorney, go for it!
As my son said recently, my son who is now in prison due to the extremely poor representation by this law firm, as nothing was being done to fight for him, he tried to tell himself that these guys are the experts and he just needs to stand back as they do their job. We stood back, gave this attorney our life savings and they played the plea bargain game with the DA. Stay away! They do not care about your loved one. They only care about money.

All about $$$$$ not the client
He and his partner Allen have a great sale tacktic. Then it all about money. This firm is overwhelmed with " false" accused people and really are to busy to help in the way they should. His partner is more experienced in the field of family law where he is just not a great defender of a false accused. He is was the admin guy and was sent to the "little" hearings. When it came down to the trial they basically didn't want to have a long drug out one nor really fight for my brother they advised him to take the plea..... My brother was not guilty ,but they just wanted money.... and on to the next sucker family that would give it to him and would take it with no shame.
